Nov 19, 2006 GTM Draught. Incredible aroma; allspice and grasses. I’ve never smelled a beer like this. Cloudy, dark orangish brown body. Thin, white ring. Not much lace. Whoa. Tastes like it smells. Tastes like grass. Not sure I like it. Eye opening and different.

Oct 12, 2006 Draft at brewpub. Poured dark brown with an average white fizzy head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate complex spruce, citrus and mint aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium spicy bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. This is a standout gruit style beer.
