This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a carbonated transparent light yellow brown colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was slightly skunky. The mouth feel was all a head shaking hoppy one with an extremely strong tingle to it and a malt hop bite within a acidic malt hop flavor.

Draft at Rich O’s in New Albany, IN. Poured a small white head with excellent lacing, carbonated, transparent, and a light orange hue. Aroma was malty, hoppy and sweaty socks. The flavor was acidic and darn right awful. Tingly palate.

Tap at Mad Anthony’s. Tasty beer. Not perfect, but well done. In my opinion, malt likka meets strong ale. Sweetish tastes reminiscent of malt liquor and then lots of hops. Alcohol hidden with a large hop addition.

On tap at Mad Anthony’s Octobeer Fest. The guy at the tap called this a "hoppy malt liquor." Golden yellow color with a thin white head and a very hoppy nose. Very hoppy beer with lots of grapefruit rind notes. Almost a harsh hop juice feel to it and not enough malts, but as a hop head I enjoyed it.

Sampled at Indiana Brewers Guild Brew fest- 7/31/2004. This was a yellowish gold with a sharp bitter aroma and taste. Hops were nicely strong, and it was a great beer for a warm summer day.

Sample at the brewpub. Thick lemony-banana color; big malty corn-sweet nose (3 types, I’m told?), quite alcoholic...thick, malty alcoholic flavor profile, much corn syrup. For something like a malt liquor this was fine, I guess, but county me uninterested in this latest fad.

The aroma was nonexistent. The deep yellow body reminded me too much of urine. The palate was flat. The flavor unexciting. Overall very uninteresting. The high alcohol content surprised me, because I couldn’t taste it.

Germanicly, maniacally hopped, strong, high gravity special. Big 86 IBU lawnmower on amphetamines. Thick but a bit unbalanced, but a cool and different hophead elixer. Somewhat over the top, but a fun beer to experience.
