Commercial Description:
Jesse's homage to our casino employee clientele is modeled on the English interpretation, with a few American flourishes.

Got this one from a half gallon jug, which I think makes it a bit more flat than if it were from the tap. It looks like a pale ale, but the flavor seems more hoppy. I like this one better than most of the pale ales I’ve tried.

Draft at Rich O’s/New Albanian. Orange-gold pour, big white head. Nose is fruity, peach, summery fruit. Some floral notes. Light, yeasty hop flavor, mildly dry finish. Solid!

Draft at Rich O’s: poured amber with a small white head. Little aroma at first but after a few sips, a bunch of stuff came out. At first, it smelled of pear, then some peach, then overripe bananas which is how it rermained. Earthy, yeasty, hop flavor. Some doughyness. This is billed as an English IPA, not an American IPA. I think it mostly hits the mark but I’d be interested to know if they used some weizen yeast in it due to the banana phenols. Pretty bitter finish. Quite tasty.

Draft - Pourd deap amber and had overwelming hop aromas and flavors. The hops tend to dominate this beer

A bit too dark for my liking. but I fell in love with the name, and had to try it. Would like to bring some back for Piscator to get his expert opinion. Perhaps towards the end of March. He can only hope and dream.

Sample (growler) courtesy of TAR. mahogany with no head. Decent pine hop aroma. Flavor very bland and musty almost english style hop character. Overall just something seemed off.

Draft at NABC. Dark amber with moderate white head that diminished slowly. Moderate balanced hop and malt aroma. Medium body. Moderate balanced flavor with a short finish.

Dry, extremely piney hop aroma, the highlight of the beer for me. Malty and dry flavor with a hint of diacetyl. Not much bitterness to speak of. Weak finish, somewhat bland and...yucky, for lack of a better word. Lacking carbonation.
