Poured clear amber color with average white fizzy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration.
Good drinkable brew and was good with My Big Ten Pizza.
Very interesting brew. MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA

Nicely hopped with more apple in the flavor. Finishes quite dry with burning carbonation. A nice, tasty pilsner reminiscent of some Australian beers with the apple taste. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 27, 2009 Draft at the brewpub. Pour is bright golden yellow with a pure white head. The nose is pretty grainy with plenty of Noble hops. Fresh tasting with lots of grassy hop bitterness. I’d drink several of these. TheBeerOrg (1583), Kentucky, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 3, 2007 On tap at Rich O’s. Pours bright golden with a thin mostly receding off-white head. Aroma of grassy hops, a bit musky for noble hops, but now looking at the description I can see that I was smelling the Fuggles, which have no place in a pilsener, there *are* noble hop varieties suitable for North America. Taste is grassy, herbal, with slightly aggresive hops. Flavor is cookie dough with some fruity hop character. Mouthfeel is medium, slightly resinous with lively carbonation. I certainly enjoyed this, but with some more suitable hops it would have been one of my highest rated pilseners. ultraspank (866), Dublin, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 22, 2007 Thanks to Bob, Michelle, and mostly my baby Jana for the 12th annual Indiana Microbrewers Festival today! On tap @ the fest, billed as the brewer’s "Pre-Prohibition" ReplicAle. Nose of cereal & yeast. The brew is light straw yellow. The frothy white head leaves light lace. The beer is a classic example of the old axiom "Don’t judge a book by it’s cover". The spicy bitter profile has a deep finish. The light body is dry & soft. cb (809), Wheat Ridge, Colorado, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 23, 2004 A ton of wheat, rye and lemon flavors. Mostly citrus aroma. Unfiltered and seems stronger than 5.9%. A refreshing, enjoyable session brew. I think that "snappy" is the adjective that describes it the best. smoosh (523), New Albany, Indiana, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 21, 2004 Draft - this is based on a "pre-prohibition" pilsener. It is a pretty big one, but all of their brews are. Slight corn sweetness in the nose and flavor. Pretty standard pilsener appearance. Pretty good.
