Sep 27, 2008 Sample at 2008 Indy Microbrewers Fest - Aroma of sour fruit, yeast, white wine and green grapes. Flavor matches. Palate is dry and tart. A little too much wine and not enough beer.

Jul 21, 2008 Indiana Microbrewers Fest: Hazy golden hue with some floaties and okay head. The aroma has notes of white grape, tannic, cardamom, wheat husk and dusty yeast esters. The taste is twangy and sour with a grape overtone. Some wheat and yeast found under the all. The mouth feel is soft and minimal carbonation, a tad weak. Wanted more from this beer.

Jul 7, 2008 Draft sample at Keg Fest. Poured hazy copper color with an average fizzy off-white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Complex lemon zest and yeasty aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium fruity sweet & sour flavor with a medium sweet & sour finish of moderate duration. This is a good beer.
