Brown with a reddish hue and a quick head. Sligthly dry, but not too much. Slightly nutty and malty. Not great, but one of the better B&Ts I’ve had.

Sparkling clear copper ale with a mid-sized, creamy, khaki-colored head. Good retention with ink-blot lacing. Caramely and chocolatey nose and flavor with subtle notes of straw. Well-balanced. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish that leaves the mouth feeling very dry.

Nice off-white head which is slightly creamy on top. Decent carbonation. Aroma is a little weak in the stout portion. Aroma predominantly of an amber or brown beer. A little sweet and malty with a touch of grain. No roasted smell that you would expect. Color is a beautiful deep red mahagony. Flavor is a little sweet and not very strong. More malt and a little hops presence. Finish is pretty clean with a slightly dry and bitter aftertaste. A decent beer but a little light on the stout portion in aroma and flavor.
