Commercial Description:
Amber American Pale Ale brewed in New York. Lots of typical ale characteristics; fruity, dry and hoppy. A quality brew. Formerly known as New Amsterdam New York Ale.

New description: each limited production of our single batch ale has to taste just right because we do not cross blend batches like other brewers. enjoy our ale which is both brewed and dry hopped with hand selected cascade hop flowers.

The commercial description will have to suffice. No time to write. It IS a quality brew. I don’t highly recommend this ale over many others. Mine was bottled under the name of Campaign Ale, Election ’96. Donkey and Elephant on the label. Kinda cool. Kept the bottle. The beer is kinda forgettable. Try a Tahoe Red instead.

Pours redish copper with a thin tan head. Smells of caramel and vegetal. Tastes sweet and caramelly with an earthy finish.

12 oz bottle. Deep hazy copper with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet and slightly worty. Sweet caramel aroma. Flavour is extremely watery though. Light toffee and some non-descript bitterness.

Dark red color with no head. Aroma and taste are very plain dry malts with a bit of hops on the end. Decent.

A decent, but not great ale. Oddly, their ale is lighter in color than their Amber Lager. It’s very lightly hopped and is an easy brew to drink. Uneventful.

Woody. Slightly tart but has a general mellow presentation. Tinny on the lips. Buttery palate with a long bitter finish. This got better as it warmed. Orange-amber with clean green and gold label.

Dark Brown/Orange Coloring with White Ring. Peppermint Aroma. Some Light Fruity and Spices Quality. Can’t Not Picture Peppermint as I Smell and Taste This Brew...Dry Tangy Finish. Your Basic Average Brew.
