Nov 25, 2009 Pours a dark golden with a medium head. Aroma of bread, nuts, and floral hops. Sweet malt up front with a nice bitterness and a hint of bread; slight alcohol in the finish. Medium body, not bad at all.

Nov 24, 2009 Nice crisp tawny brown color with shallow head. Strong hop aroma - citrusy but flavor profile is very nutty and caramelly. Whole lot going on in this one.

Nov 23, 2009 12 oz bottle. Light amber color, pretty good head. Aroma is bready, with malts and light herbal hops. Flavor is mild roasted malts, touch of floral hop bitterness, and finishes with a more herbal hoppiness that is reminiscent of a white tea. Sort of unexpected. Pretty good session beer, easy to drink, pleasant.

Nov 19, 2009 Really an uninteresting beer here. I was expecting greater. Clear orange body with a soapy white head. Biscuit, vegetable, and hops aroma. Drinkable, but surely not memorable.

Nov 19, 2009 On tap, served in a shaker. Amber orange pour with a light haze and a thin cap of light tan foam. Minimal lacing. The aroma had caramel, toast, a touch of spice, and light citrus. The flavor was similar with a bready malt backbone. Medium-bodied. Light carbonation. Not overly interesting, but drinkable.

Nov 16, 2009 A clear goldish amber pour with medium off-white head with good lacing. It has a mild hop aroma with carrots and a hint of pepper. The flavor has a buttery pepper taste with a short bitter finish. Not sure where the "winter" and "ESB" tags fit in with this one.

Nov 15, 2009 Pours a crystal clear light copper color. Slightly off-white head that stuck around but no lacing. Aroma is crisp and sharp and reminds me of a lager. The taste reminds me of juiced vegetables minus the thickness. Some hop bitterness in the finish. I really didn’t enjoy this one.
