Nov 20, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pour clear dark amber color with white head. A very nice winter brew with a nice bit of hoppiness to balance the caramel malts.

Nov 18, 2008 It’s Fat Tire’s jazzed up brother. A bit more spice, a bit more fruit, but still the same texture, yeast, and drinkability. The higher ABV helps it out.

Nov 15, 2008 Bottle from College Liquors in Grand Junction, CO. Pours a clear copper color with a large and foamy white head. The aroma is full of piny and citrus hops. A sweet hoppy flavor, with strong caramel malts and a light bitterness in the finish. An interesting sweet/bitter balance. Very nice.

Nov 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper color with a thin, light tan head that slowly fades. Taste is of hops, pine, some malt, caramel, spice and fruit. Sweet tasting and has a good balance to it. Slightly bitter and hoppy in the end. Aroma is much the same, but the hops really shine through. Despite the alcohol content, it is easy to drink. Overall, this is a pretty enjoyable beer and would be nice to have on a cold day.
