Mar 17, 2004 I look forward to theis beer every year since it came out. Its got a nice sweet fruit fully spiced nose. Pours a golden orange color witha quickly disapating head. Mellow, yet spicy, extremely pleasant.

Mar 9, 2004 Orange bodied, spicey and full of citrus fruits in the nose. Body is full of soft carbonation, but nice flavors - sweet malts, coriander - dry finish with lots of citrus around the edges. Good saison.

Lightly hazed copper. Attractive brett nose. Moderate bitterness, including a distinct herbal bitterness. Attractive brett character, both in terms of dryness and a nice soft horseblankety finish.

Mar 2, 2004 The Biere de Mars poured a cloudy yellow-orange with lots of tiny floating sediment. It had a fizzy, white head that quickly went to a thin layer. It has an earthy, fruity aroma of lemon and maybe coriander with some very slight hops. Its taste was sweet malt up front, with quite a bit of lemony citrus, some floral hints, and then a crisp finish. Overall, a nice refreshing, lighter beer.
