| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 8, 2009 Tap at Crescent Moon in Omaha, Nebraska. Pour is dark golden orange, mostly clear with a nice one inch tan head. Visible carbonation on the pour. Aroma of soft biscuit malt, joined with sweet banana fruit, some funky honey floral notes, grass and some ginger. The taste resembles the nose, starting with the malt, followed quickly by the sweet fruit and honey floral. The funky and grass are present in the taste as well, though come across a little dirty. Palate is medium, coats the mouth nicely, then the carbonation lifts wells. The dirtiness of the taste actually led to a pleasant mineral mouth feel that ended dry. Nice beer. Nose was citrus and wheat, with just a hint of spices. Mourhtfeel is smooth and rich, and it feels good on the back of the tongue.
Flavor are spices, crtrus, coriander, and flowers. Very nice pepper finish. Very easy to drink. Styles (1653), Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA

Aroma of yeast, sugars, citrus, spices, malt, and caramel. Taste of the same with the yeast, caramel, spices, and a bit of pepper coming through a bit more prominent. A nice tasting medium bodied brew. Good job.
