Apr 4, 2004 Hazy golden amber with no head. The nose is wheaty with malty sweetness. The taste is wattery and wheaty with some sweetness. Interesing and fairly easy to drink.

Jan 15, 2005 Best before 3/4/05. 52°. 12 oz bottle. NB Worthy glass. Hazty light orange, small off white head, lacing. Aroma was malty and yeasty with citrus notes. Taste was bready, sourish, and wheaty with a sourish, slightly bitter and somewhat citrusy finish. Nice mouthfeel. Good.

Sep 5, 2004 Bottle: Very thin, short lived white head on a medium amber body. Immediate aroma is of Juicy Fruit gum! Aromas to follow are catty, light alcohol, and musty, earthy, malt and wet horse blanket. Flavor is well balanced, with some toasty malt, but overall thin! Fruitiness is low, and there’s not much to the flavor. Some earthy flavors up front, hints of bitterness in the very finish, aftertaste is rather bland, but does have some pepper and spicy yeast. Not papery or cardboardy, just bland. Highly carbonated, dry m/f, hints of warming alcohol, and lighter body. Interesting beer! Sort of a clash between a farmhouse ale and a pumkin ale. Seems to be some nutmeg hidden in there, but it might just be the yeast.

Jun 28, 2009 Pours orange with a thin head. Aroma has a little bit of the sour beer smell, some spices. Flavor is good, spices come through a little bit more and decent malt. Decent beer, I should have picked up the La Folie next to it instead, but I wanted to give this one a try.

Feb 28, 2009 On tap az stron beer festival. Pours a nice murky yellowish orange with a nice white head. Aroma is wheat, funk, spices. Flavor is wheat, funky spices, coriander. Good beer de garde.

Feb 10, 2006 A cloudy dark amber color with a small off white head. Gym socks and flowers, sweet yet funky, strange for sure! Circus tent, tangy, malty. Not quite the barnyard scents of a Lambic but still quite funky. Not too sure on this one, interesting yes but not something I could drink more than one of. Nice feel.

Feb 19, 2005 Updated: Feb 3, 2006Pours cloudy orange. The aroma is almost kriek-like with a sourness to it as well as grass and yeast. Flavor is light with hints of peppery lemon,yeast and wheat. Clean with a dry finish.

Jan 22, 2005 Pours a hazy deep orange, with a more lighter yellow tone to the outside. Aroma is malty, smells like bread, with some sweet malt notes. Flavor is spicy, lots of floral notes to it, as well as a little lemon and honey and a sweet alocohol finish. Thanks to Larry Pitonka for this one!
