Like the description, a cloudy orange/yellow body with a slight head. Slightly bitter. A light tasting beer on the palate and not too much aftertaste, so it was easy drinking and the lavor didn’t get old either. hiphops (280), caldwell, New Jersey, USA

Smells of coriander, pepper, caramel, ginger and figs. Thin body, velvety and crisp. Flavors of citrus, biscuit, caramel, fennel, with an extremely mild bitter grass aftertaste, and a slight sour edge. Well balanced and easy drinking. Mild, but interesting. Pour is cloudy golden color with small white head. Aroma is hay, chamomile, clover, mild spice, wheat-like aromas, and a hint of malt. Flavor is hay, malt, spice, clove, and some earthiness. I remember it differently, but it was still enjoyable. brewandbbq (269), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

Best before date of November 2006.
Pours murky, orangy gold, with a thin tan head of short duration.
The tight bubbles left a small ring on the glass as a testament to the maximum height.
Aromatics lead off with an almost pungent wheat twang laced with brett. Lemony funk with earthy overtones and citrus oil-spritzed hay.
The mouthfeel is creamy and velvety. The carbonation wraps around the tongue.
The pallet is more subdued than the nose would suggest. The lactic component so apparent in the aroma is missing, and some sweet malt with spicy undertones take mainstage.
Layers of dusty, earthy funk peel away as each sip finishes, and theres a decent amount of warmth that developes on the throat.
Finishes with peppercorns, paprika, and cumin.

It is a slight orange-yellow color with a medium head. The aroma is pretty malty with a yeasty component. The flavor is distinctly Belgian with several spices. It is fruity and peppery. The finish is really nice, especially after the aging. Good beer. New: Tasted a fresh one tonight and really got the Brett in the aroma and flavor. Excellent!!!! kms399 (267), plymouth, Minnesota, USA
