| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 14, 2004 While I don't get any orange flavor or aroma from this one, I do get all the wonderful citrus lambic complexes. Amber red, possibly orange in color. A fine specialty ale from this brewer. JK (2960), Richfield, Minnesota, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Dec 11, 2009 Very bad. Usually when I talk about barnyard or horseblanket, I am describing a lambic. But this beer really does smell like a barn, and unlike quality lambic, not in a good way. Acidic, ammonia aroma. Nearly undrinkable. bb (2919), Martinez, California, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 4, 2009 On tap as Lips of Faith Biere de Mars. Pours with a hazed amber body and a foamy off-white head that sticks for a while and leaves pretty good lace. Aroma of caramel, hay, toast, a touch of spice, diacetyl and light horse hair. Taste is pretty darn god with caramel, toast, candied figs, alcohol, toffee, bread and a very strong earthy quality (does this have a bit of brett in it?) Water like mouthfeel, light bubbles. The beer is a cloudy golden-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Thin rings of lacing. Aroma of fruits and yeast plus some earthy malt. Medium body with flavors of funky fruit, malt and yeast. The finish is fruity and has a bready and earthy malt aftertaste. Above average overall. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada
