Appearance: Nice ruddy brown and cloudy with a white lacy head.
Delicate aroma or hops against a sour brackground...
Flavor a dance between sour, malty sweetness delicious.... the label says Lemon Verbena, I could not detect it.

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 20, 2006 Definately unfiltered. Golden-orange colored with a small white, fluffy head that disappates fairly quickly. Nose is faint but nice with orange peel really showing through. Also, lemon, floral, grassy, and a belgian yeastiness. Palate is fizzy and very slightly oily with a medium to full body. Flavor is nice, citrusy(orange and slight lemon), slight breadiness, slight sour flash, floral bouquet, and a touch of underlying caramel maltiness. Finish is quick and dry with slight acidic souness. Definately no saison, should be in the biere de garde category(if it exists). Very interesting, easy to drink, and really asks you to have another. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 11, 2007 Had this beer on 3/21/2001. Aroma is a bit sweet with a slightly sharp alcohol scent. Color is a hazy orange with light carbonation and head. Taste is light and spicy. Starting with a light body it goes down with a bright crisp feel. Finish is a warm spicy flavor that ends clean and leaves you with a refreshed feel. It has the spicy flavor of a winter brew and the crisp refreshing feel of a summer brew. eeblah (79), Arizona, USA

pours a milky opaque orange with clumpy sediment. the sandy off white head is peppered with chunks of yeast. the head sticks around for a bit and leaves behind moderate drippy lacing. spice in the aroma burns the nose a bit... bretty monster... cinder block, dust, lemon and cinnamon. there*s not much going on in the flavor other than lots of funky yeast....dust, metal/mineral, orange and maybe some pale maltiness. it finishes dry and is completely dry throughout. even the aftertaste is dry and bretty. medium body with crazy foamy soapy carbonation which blankets the palate and coats the mouth.

fresh pour from papago... hazy honey color with a soapy white head. the aroma is sweet smelling and a big let down from the aged bottle. the brett is faint and only noticed in the flavor. there is far too much sugar and orange to be able to find any nuances. medium body with a sugary coating on the tongue. i guess i gotta buy bottles! 5/4/5/3/15/3.3 craftbeerdesign (755), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 21, 2009 Lips of Faith bomber... pours a deep clear orange with a 2 finger white head... which settles to no head eventually. I was expecting to see some big yeast in the bottle, but really didn’t see any evidence of lingering (or flying) yeast. Nice Brett aroma with some lemon notes... good level of barnyard funk... medium body with some spice and citrus notes throughout the mouth. lively carbonation... aggressive spice laced front while and sides... a bit of pepper. long dry finish with a touch of sour apple and more Brett. Really nice Biere de Mars from New Belgium. sebletitje (1925), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours orange, white head.
Aroma, brett, citrus, some apple.
Flavor,
hoppy, light malty notes, spices and possibly ginger, adding for a nice peppery mouthfeel.
Malt also gives the finish a light chocolate feel, coupled with.some citrus elements.
