Pours a clear gold, with a thin head. Tons of carbonation bubbles, in the pilsner style. Aroma is light and balanced. Flavor is in the American pilsner tradition...light, well balanced and refreshing. Palate is slightly heavier than your usual pilsner, fizzy, and finishes slightly dry. Overall a good, refreshing, drinkable pilsner. Perfect as an after lawn mowing, or softball game refresher.

Jul 5, 2008 Bottle from Brown Derby in Lebannon. A very good example of the style. Not as hoppy as I would have liked, but a good hop flavor. Big white head, golden clear. Nice hoppy finish. Definitely recommend.

Jul 5, 2008 Pours a light straw gold with little head. Aroma of grassy hops and sweet, earthy malts. Flavor is hoppy and earthy; plenty going on but not overpowering at all. Very well balanced. A nice refresher after an epic mountain bike ride in the alpine country of Colorado.

Golden pour with big head development. This is a really solid pilsner. I like their other offerings more but this was great for a summer on the patio.

Jun 30, 2008 While visiting Denver I decided to check some local brews that are not available in Georgia. This is one I have never even heard of, so I had to try it.
Pours a nice transparent gold with a decent, fine-bubbled head. Aroma is strong and malty with a hint of fruit. Flavor is mouth-filling, mostly malty but with an appreciable hop component, and a hint of apple or pear. Texture is sassy, and overall this is a lip-smacking pilsner.

Jun 25, 2008 Pours clear golden with a white head. Nice malty lager flavor with a touch of wood and hops. Clean, smooth, and refreshing. A nice pilsener.
