Jan 20, 2008 Sampled at MN Ratebeer Winter Gathering in Maplewood, MN and supplied by brewfiend. From a 12-oz bottle pours a clear golden pale brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to a ring. Aroma of light bready malt, a touch of citrus zest, honey, and some floral hops. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with a crisp flavor of light white bread and some lemon zest. Finish is light, crisp, clean cut with hardly no aftertaste flavor. I’ll save this for the summer hot day afternoons.

Jan 16, 2008 Nice beer. Pours a nice clear golden color, decient head retention. Aroma of florals. Good full bodied malty taste and good use of noble hops. Will probably buy again.

Jan 1, 2008 Bottled, BB 1/11/08. Poured clear brighter golden with a light cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet bready notes and lemon zest along with a bit of honey.. very pleasant. The flavor had a sweet bready and pale malt base with lemon and grassy bitter accents.. nicely-balanced with pale malts and lemon on the finish. Lighter-bodied with somewhat low carbonation (yet creamy).. dry, refreshing finish. Good stuff!

Dec 31, 2007 I like to try pilseners and wheat ales in the summer. They’re lighter to drink than my generally preferred stouts, strong ales, etc. This is okay. Light golden color with a white frothy head. Gentle grass and malt taste that is complemented by a slight hop bitterness.

Dec 29, 2007 Clear yellow with a pure white frothy head. The aroma and taste are like moldy malt. Kinda gross. Maybe I got a bad one?
