A nice thin frothy head, aroma of light malt and yeast. Hits the mouth with a bite of bitterness, a thin but defined body, and a closing finish. Refreshing. llcooldave (328), San Antonio, Texas, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 21, 2007 At first glance, this appears to be a typical American lager, but you can’t always judge a book by it’s cover. This had a pleasing light bitterness, light and bubbly on the palate . Aroma is a light hoppy pine. Over all a nice brew for a Pilsner. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 20, 2007 Bottle, 2007-09-18, 6-3-6-3-12=30 Light, hazy blond color. Light aroma, but with some hop, and light fruitness. The flavor as well is not bad: light mouthfeel, dry, with light crispy malt and the hopping is quite good.
Draught at Cricket’s Grill, Waco, 2006-12-22, 4-2-5-3-11=25 Hazy blond color. Poor aroma. The flavor is ok, with some malt, but very simple. The bitterness is medium high. Ordinary Lager. BlackForestCO (827), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

Poured a clear straw color with a frothy white head that left beautiful lacing. Earthy aroma. Smooth entry with some grainy pilsener malts leads into a lightly hopped finish. Easy to drink, but nothing extraordinary. ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA

The beer had a light color with a malty - grass like nose and a light body free of defects. Very quaffable. riversideAK (2731), Shoreline, Washington, USA
