| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Oct 11, 2007 Had this beer on 3/3/1999. Color is a light gold with OK carbonation and a thin head. Aroma has slight tones of malt to it. Taste is light with a very bitter finish. It starts with a light body that goes down with a harsh golden malt flavor. The finish is no better it comes on with an overpowering sweet taste followed by a sharp and uneven bitterness. Overall I rate this as a BAD, I don’t know what the hell they wanted out of this brew but I don’t like it at all. AleDrinker (1090), Sunnyvale, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Oct 10, 2007 Pours a very pale yellow with dense head. Mild carbonation. Aroma is of straw. Flavor is sour (not bitter but sour). Not a quality I appreciate in a beer. Body is light. I just can’t get over that sourness! keith0718 (159), Olathe, Kansas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 6, 2007 This is not my favorite style, but his beer seems to be a good version of the pilsener lager. Tastes like a fuller Bud sans the nasty grain (rice, corn) alcohol taste. BelgianBeerGal (1289), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
