| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 7, 2007 Pours a straw color with a frothy white head. Aroma is a sweet, grainy cereal. It was skunked on the pour but that went away with time. The palate is light, thin and watery with just enough carbonation. Very little flavor on the tongue, but finishes crisp and clean. A very drinkable beer. unclemattie (2432), Georgia, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 16, 2007 I found this beer to be lightly sweet and sticky, and struck me as quite similar to New Glarus Spotted Cow, of which I am not a huge fan.
This beer poured a dull yellow with a fair amount of white head. Aroma was citrusy with a lightly sweet aroma. Flavor is acidic tasting with lots of citrus notes. Much more like a Spotted Cow than I expected. Mouthfeel is a bit harsh and slightly sticky. Can’t say I’d recommend this. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA

Head was thin, white, and left a bit of lace. Aroma and flavor were of malty cereal grain and noble hops. There was a touch of sweetness on the tongue. Pretty standard pilsener. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 19, 2007 12oz bottle-Aroma of slight hops and grass on a clear golden body with a nice white body. Taste of corn, hops, and has a big dryness to it. Not bad but something this brewery does not need to brew. valpoaj (363), Valparaiso, Indiana, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Crystal clear golden pour with a quickly dissolving white head. Hints of skunk in the nose are evident, but not overpowering or overly unpleasant. Hops hit up front and are quickly overcome by strong malt flavors. Aftertaste is nothing amazing, but, as would be expected with a pilsener, this is a highly drinkable beer. A good summer beer (hey, it hit 60 for the first time all year today)!
