Light bodied with a light dry finish. Not really one of the better pilseners I’ve ever had but pleasant enough for say like a ballgame out at the "K" or something warm weather- which explains why I’m rating it in January. I like that dry crisp finish it’s just a little too subdued. valetdepique (1), USA does not count | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jan 7, 2006 Everything a pilsner should be--clean, bitter, flavorful I tried it when out West, in Nevada and Calfornia, and was disappointed to see that it is not shipped out of the region. wintersdying (49), Louisville, Kentucky, USA

no disrespect... but by far one of the worst beers i’ve had by such a quality craft brewery. i’d drink this over the liks of budweiser any day, but i feel like i should pour a pitcher of this and chug it till i puke (which wouldnt’ be hard)
this was honestly kinda hard to drink and harder to swallow. wheninhell (486), louisville, Kentucky, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 18, 2005 On Tap: A very light yellowish-golden color with minimal head and some carbonation lacing throughout. Aroma and taste both were a little weak/watery, but it was crisp and sharp in in its tastes, like a pilsner should be. oldrtybastrd (1823), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 5, 2005 This is a nice beer. This is one of the hoppiest and most bitter of the NB beers. A strange brew coming from such a Belgian tradition...I would have expected a Saison or something. This one has a bit of a skunky aroma but tastes better than it smells. Nice light malt flavor is over shadowed by hop flavor and bitterness. I swear there’s a hint of belgian like esters in the after taste...maybe they bottle conditioned with some belgian yeast? I like this beer but not sure if it’s spot on with the Pilsner style
