Jun 26, 2005 Tap @ 16th Colorado Brewfest. Pours gold to bronze with a huge whtie foamy head. Ctirus hop malt aromas with a faint yeast nose. Hoppy rind and malt flavor. Light bodied and spicy palate.

Jun 13, 2005 A great beer. Nice underrepresentation of hops and malt, yet they forge an identity all their own. Hints of sweetness and flora captivate the drinker. A high-quality brew.

May 16, 2005 Crisp aroma, slightly bitter, but little-to-no hops to speak of in the aroma. Golden color and white head. Slight malts on the taste and grainy bitterness. Not bad. Pleasant mouthfeel, crisp finish. Quite drinkable, but not a favorite.

May 15, 2005 The bottle poured a beautiful, crystal clear, golden beer with a pure white small foamy head that lasted for a while leaving nice lacing. The aroma was unexpectedly pleasant. Instead of being the typical pilsner skunk, it had a low-key maltiness with delicate undertones of fruit. The mouthfeel is light and wet. The taste starts off slightly sweet with notes of apple and banana coming out in the middle. The finish is slightly bitter, long lasting and continues to have very slight notes of fruit.

May 11, 2005 Some grainy malts with hints of lemon and grassy hops in the aroma. Golden color with a frothy white head. Some malt, though a bit bland and almost stale tasting, Moderate bitterness. Finishes crisp. Meh.

May 10, 2005 Golden colour with a soft sparkle. Well-balanced aroma with herbal hops and fresh bread. The soft body is accented towards the malts, which unfortunately don’t come off with the same fresh expressiveness that they do in the aroma. More like dull, day-old bread. There is some hoppy crispness in the finish to salvage things a bit.

May 6, 2005 Pours a golden straw color with a small white head. Aroma of straw and a bit of malt. Flavor is a bitter grassy flavor with a bit of malt. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. Not exciting but a very refreshing beer.
