Dec 13, 2009 Bottle at Mad Donna’s in east Nashville. Pours a typical straw golden with a white head. Aroma of pilsner malts. Light bodied, but ALMOST approaching watery. Flavor of pilsner malts, biscuit, and european hops. Very drinkable, but it needs just to turn up the volume on the characteristics a bit

Nov 23, 2009 Clear golden pour with light soapy looking head. Aroma of strong noble hops and doughy pils malt. A bit of a grainy flavor with strong noble hops. No detectable skunk or pee. Bubbly, sparkling mouthfeel. Its a pretty ok pilsner when you’re in the mood for that sort of thing.

handsome crystal clear straw yellow colored pour with some golden hues and a big soft white cap. some drippy spots of lacing stick around after the head fades.
smells a lot like seltzer water?... followed by aromas of pale pils graininess, light spice, yeast, floral hops and some sort of unnamed fruitiness.
the flavor is pretty much the same... along with some mild pale malty sweetness and a mildly bittered dry finish. no frills.
the body is medium while crisp, lightly bitter and tremendously sessionable. 6/3/6/4/14/3.3

Nov 4, 2009 Clear gold pour with a white head. Caramel malt, floral hops and some fruity tones. Flavor is sweet and has some nice light flowery hops. Clean and balanced. Pretty good.

Nov 4, 2009 Bottle - Light amber pour with a big, bubbly white head. Smells clean and sweet, wtih pils malt and flowery hops. Taste is more of those floral, perfumey noble hops on the finish, with a smooth grain flavor throughout. Real clean and balanced, with an understated sweetness.

Oct 29, 2009 Bottle. Not a big fan of this style but for a pilsener, not bad. Clean, golden color, what you would expect from a pilsener. The aroma is like most traditional, american pilseners. Had a nice bitter flavor that would have been better on a hot summer day. Recommened at least once.
