Pours the color af apple cider., good head. Aroma is acidic, and very sweet, almost like juice. Flavor is incredibly tart and more sweet than sour. The beer has a ton of flavor and burns a little on the way down. It leaves a dry feeling in the mouth too.

Draft... RBSG ‘08... Lightly hazed yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Nice, lactic, sour nose. Medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Very tart, but also a smidge of fruity sweetness. Tangy, drying finish.

On tap at Toronado during the RBSG Pub Crawl Tour on 08/01/2008. Hazy golden body with a small white head. Lightly sour aroma with caramel and fruit. Sour flavor with lots of fruit and caramel. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

At Hops in Humboldt in Fortuna, CA I went through two glasses to make sure I gave this a good taste. A hazy orange. with a small white head, this left light lacing. Nose is sour and of peaches. Mouthfeel is fine, but it is powerful on the tongue .Flavors are very rich and very sour. But the most important thin is that it is good. Grate tasting stuff.

Tap at Map Room. I presume this is the same as Eric’s Sour ale. Cloudy and pale orange pour, nice head that dissipates. I didn’t get a whole lot of peach out of the nose or taste. What I got was a very dry and tart nose, some vinegar, mostly deep funk. No barnyard, but plenty of acidity in the nose. Taste Was rich and sour, reminiscent of Temptation. Some sour candy flavors, minimal grain. Overall, very nice and balanced.

On tap at Draught House pub. What a random and awesome beer for being on tap here in Austin. Pours a rich cloudy orange with short lived whitish head. Smell is fruity peach, tart, and mildly funky, perhaps. Taste is much the same, but with sour, fruity peach and very low sweetness prevailing and almost no funkiness, if any at all. Pretty sour, slight bit of vinegar, peachy, and dry and drinks very nicely. Perhaps a bit of wheatiness in there too, but not sure. Overall very nice. Very drinkable and flavorful sour ale with overly harsh vinegar characteristics or funkiness.

On tap at Toronado SD during RBSG 08. Orange-gold in color with a modest white head that leaves watery lacing. Aroma is tart fleshy fruit with some lactic and acetic sharpness. Flavor is tart with a thin peachiness, some citrus, and some honey. Also a bit of apple skin. Tastes like the imaginary "light lambic" style I just made up. Sort of thin and cloying, could use more sourness and some more body. Very very drinkable. Not bad at all.

On tap at Falling Rock Tap House in Denver, 8/11/08. Pours orange with white head. Apple vinegar and bready, sourdough nose. Sour apple, pear, tart vinegar, slight sourdough, biscuit and some more sour pear. Fantastic.
