On tap at Beachwood BBQ. Aroma is grassy and grainy, kind of smells metallic-y like a miller or coors. Flavor starts with grassy hops and sweet peach. There is a funk in there that reminds my of a Berlinger Weiss. Unfortunately, Eric’s Ale just doesn’t come together for me. It leaves too many loose, “lagerish” flavors, with the peach not contributing much of anything pleasant. An interesting experiment, but not one of my favorites.

On tap at Stone Sourfest, specifically called Eric’s 2007. Bright pale yellow. Light haze. Smells great. Fruity and sweet. Gives a great, big fuzzy mouth fill. Nice sharp tartness. Long lingering bitterness.

Stone Sour Fest. Nice fruit sour, fortunately not that peachy (not a huge fan of peach flavor). Very well balanced, drinkable sour, pleasantly tart.

Tap at 2009 Stone Sour Fest. Pours a hazy golden hue. Heavy fruit, mild peach, nice tartness. Mouth if very full. Not as peachy as I was expecting but really good.

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with an acidity. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of fruit and malt, leadíng to a tart finish.
