soapy, floral, grassy and grapefruity hops on the nose with a chaser of caramel and sweet orange.
the flavor matches the aroma profile almost exactly... there is a bit of earthiness and a somewhat bittered finish.
medium body with a creaminess on the tongue when consumed straight from the bottle... easy drinkin’ 6/3/6/3/15/3.3

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 19, 2009 Pours clear orange with a thin head. The caramel malt and citrus hop aroma is very good and leads nicely into the well balanced flavor. It has a slightly dry finish, is medium bodied and is certainly easy to drink. it won’t blow you away, but it’s an enjoyable quaff.

So incredibly hoppy. It’s a walk on a newly mowed lawn. It’s citric without the fruit. Awesome head. Very sweetly hoppily citric, but spicy too. Good, but I ain’t no hop head. iamqueensblvd (233), , Iowa, USA

Flavor is biscuit malt reminiscent of Fat Tire. A bit of grassy hops in the finish. On the thin side - not one of NB’s best efforts. T2Tool (352), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA

By the time it got to my table, there was no head remaining, but did have some lacing on the glass. Aroma was of citrus hops. Taste of citrus hops and some nutty malt.
