Mar 1, 2009 Beer smells pretty good but not very crisp. Leaves an unpleasant bburnt honey finish. Not dry. Dirty tasting. Don’t like any of their stuff so far.

Feb 28, 2009 12 oz bottle from binnys singles rack (orland park, il). Pours a pretty clear golden hue, light darkening, with bigg offwhite cakey head that dissipates to a decent size. Aromas are nicely floral bouquet, citrusy hops with light carmel malt sweetness and pale malts. Fairly sweet. Initial is fairly light in body with the tell tale new belgium blend in taste. Light grainy, carmel, and pale malts with nice sweetness, light citrusy hops and a blandish finish with a touch of bitterness. A little bit of a dissappointment. Lacking body and flavor, but aromas and appearance are up to par. Ehhh.

Feb 28, 2009 Bottled. Clear orange/light brown colour with a big fluffy white head and sticky lacing. Big aroma of apricot and piney hops. Flavour is more pine resin bittereness and subdued malts. Clean finish. Average APA but nothing special.

Feb 27, 2009 Peachy orange color, soapy head. musty, damp old fruit nose. somewhat wet and watery on the palate like recently thawed once-frozen fruit..grungy green hops, a little malty fruitiness, a bit grainy, and certainly uninspiring but still unoffensive and drinkable. there’s a grainy brewpub rusticness that isnt authentically rustic enough to enjoy but it doesnt distract significantly. all in all i bet you $150 i never drink this beer again for the rest of my life.

Feb 26, 2009 Bottle best by 12JUN09. Poured a clear golden with a fluffy off-white head that had thick lacing. Pine aroma with a backing of light malts. The flavor had a nice balance of pine hops and molasses malts. Light body, crisp, tasty.

Feb 25, 2009 Golden in color with light head. Aroma is a bit hoppy with some malts. Not my favorite style of beer, but drinkable.

Feb 22, 2009 bottle... pours a heavy golden color with a lasting head.. the initial aroma is that of an earthy pine with a hint of fruits.. The initial hit to the palate is subtle with a nice overlay of orange and grapfuit. The hops present themselves but do not overstay their welcome and the finish is nice. A ltitle too fruity on the back end for my liking but not bad..
