| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 21, 2009 Deep golden body with a thick white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is mostly pine and citrus with just a touch of malty sweetness. Full-bodied with moderate carbonation. The flavor is very well-balanced. Sweet caramel up front gives way to a grapefruit bite. A very smooth and drinkable pale ale. mcc5468 (103), USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2009 This light amber ale poured with a fluffy off-white head and an intense floral aroma. The flavor is chock full of citrus floating upon a solid caramel malt base. Quite refreshing and fairly tasty. nbutler11 (760), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2009 On tap at Papago. Pours copper with a creamy off-white head and steady carbonation. Smells of floral hops. Tastes of balanced notes of grapefruit zest, crisp hops, yeast, salt, and slight caramel. Highly refreshing. fakepurseninja (785), Washington, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 19, 2009 Powerful hop lineup witha great supportive malt backbone. Big citrus, pine and resin combined with the lightly sweet caramel malt backbone some woody notes an an appealing grainy component. The floral hops really shine. hopheaven (85), Eureka, California, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 18, 2009 Clear, golden to amber body with moderate carbonation. Has a powerful citrusy, piney hop aroma. It’s like a dunking your head in a bag of Cascade hops -- very fresh, very raw. The flavor is potent as tea. Some breadiness is apparent, though the malt presence is gentle and sweet. Has a wonderful fruitiness from the hops and yeast, much like freshly zested orange. Very clean and drinkable with a crisp finish; a good transition between the huge, hoppy ales of winter and the light, refreshing beers of summer. I prefer it to Fat Tire. jstraw (767), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 18, 2009 Copper with good, creamy white head / Light citrus and caramel nose / Medium body, some sweetness, balanced and although not hoppy, there is dryness on the good finish / Flavors of toasted grain and burnt sugar with notes of grapefruit and orange / Very good, not in the league with the best.
