Bright yellow-gold, started with moderate sized head but faded fast.
Evident citrus smell from cascade hops, and slight biscuit tones.
Mixture of citrusy cascade hop bite and biscuit malts. Almost spicy. Why does every non-Belgian beer that New Belgium makes have this same biscuit taste? Getting tired of it.
Smooth, low to medium carbonation, kind of watery and thin.
Light but flavorful APA, and is a somewhat different take on the style. That said, the biscuit malts are a little out of place and the beer is a little too thin. Still, nice Spring seasonal.
