| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 28, 2009 Pour is light yellow, with a pale green tinge. slightly cloudy with a creamy white head which settles quickly. Smells of yeast, like fresh bread with some spice, and earthy fresh grass undertones. A light beer with a slight attack, and a some what grainy flavor. A little watery with the alcohol coming through a bit much on the end. Smooth finish with a hint of hops. daknole (3000), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA

Aroma is heavy on the lemon notes with some nice wheat, yeast and coriander accents. Flavor reminds me of a lemon curd. Plus the expected yeast and wheat notes. A fair dose of spices makes this one a pretty good session beer. Would be a great food beer. nathan30533 (158), Dahlonega, Georgia, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | May 24, 2009 Good blend of wheat and spice. Great wit. I love the smell and taste of the spice. Reminds me of a true German wit. Good brew. Hangover (770), Atlanta, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 23, 2009 This one pours a nice, cloudy yellowish color. Nice aroma with a musty wheatiness. All the wit characteristics are there... banana, clove, yeast and some citrusy lemon. Certainly easy drinking and tasty. The body is on the thin side but this is a solid and tasty wit. noncaloric (625), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 22, 2009 Pours a hazy gold with a thin but lacy eggshell-white head. Pleasant ctirus aroma, bubblegum elements are somewhat subdued. Flavor has a light citrus zest, then moves on to a husky, sharp whole wheat backbone, with the coriander and gumball finally emerging on the finish. Drinkable, but the whole grain elements overbalance the rest. MeisterBrew (138), Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 17, 2009 Draught. Poured a cloudy light golden color with a small white head. aroma of yeast, clove, coriander, and orange peel. Flavor was heavy on the spice. A light citrus and yeasty finish. Not a bad witbier... but i much prefer Hoegaarden. This one seemed a little unimpressive. craftbeerdesign (760), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

Really glad New Belgium has made it to GA... looking forward to the Lips of Faith series.... this Wit beer pours a nice light golden / white with a solid white head. Some yeast and light fruit in the aroma. light to medium body... citrus and spice up front and towards the back... slight bitterness on the finish along with more spice and citrus. Overall a very drinkable and enjoyable Belgian White... not my favorite style, but New Belgium has crafted a solid beer in this style.
