Hints of orange, coriander, grains, and some spices present. Too watered down in my opinion. Many of the flavors which should be present were hardly noticable. Beardface (1036), Eugene, Oregon, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jan 15, 2009 I generally don’t enjoy organic ales at all. I don’t think the organics have caught up yet in terms of quality, or quality control, especially in the malts. But a witbier as an organic? Why not. Most of the character from this ale come from the fermentation and spices. A refreshing, hazy and zesty ale, most of the flavor notes are played down, and the wheat flavor mostly comes through, surprisingly enough. carruthm (1179), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 6, 2009 The aroma has plenty of spice, wheat, citrus, and sourness. The appearance is white gold with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma and good in every way for the style. The palate is thin but good for the style. Overall a great beer.
