Aroma of citrus, spice and bread. Spice is more prevalent in the flavor. Sweet and sour notes... with a good balance. Light yeast and even some apricot in the finish. Could use a slightly more robust body, but still better than many of the style. AllAboutStout (605), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 15, 2008 Pours a very light gold in color, and I mean very light. Very cloudy with a minimal head that is gone before you know it. Smell is slightly yeasty, with some lemon zest and hint of citrus. A little cloying in the mouthfeel. Taste is not light fruit enough. Get too much of the yeast characteristics. I’ve yet to be impressed with this brewery. esjaygee (1581), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA

Taste of coriander, yeast, orange peel and citrus. Over carbonated and kind of thin and astringent. Aftertaste is kind of sour mixed with some corn. soyorganic (217), Denver, Colorado, USA

Refreshing taste can be described as crisp and zesty. Wheat beer with a little spice I would not turn this down. ericandersnavy (1141), crossroads, Texas, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 11, 2008 12 ounce bottle purchased at the Davis Food Co-Op. Aroma is pretty bright and crisp with a bit of metal, lemon, and some coriander. Pretty aromatic. Mild-moderate hazy straw body with a smallish white head and average lacing. Start has a very quick lemony astringent flavor before this becomes quite sweet, grainy, and a bit musty. Odd. Lacks the bite that I expect in a wit. Has a bit of a creamy doughy flavor to finish. I don’t know, this is just boring as hell. stchloe (491), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Sep 7, 2008 Grew on me as an enjoyable wit. Lighter than it should be, spice combination wards off the ester. Well carbonated and of course organic. Ron (1039), Rochester, New York, USA
