Pours a hazy light yellow, white fizzy head, minimal retention, wants to lace the glass...Aroma is a nice burst of citris. Flavor is mostly light citris, slight tang. Palate is light, crisp, med-high carbonation, soft body....very refreshing.....nice summer beer....I liked it.....! Good session beer while by the pool....

May 24, 2008 Updated: Oct 22, 2008Classy pale yellow with light froth served in a Witekerke glass at Uber Tavern. Banana scent with a rough ground pepper note. Light lemony banana and light table pepper flavour.

May 24, 2008 From a bottle. Pours a very light, clear yellow with a small white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is light and spicy. Flavor is pretty average. Citrusy with cloves and slight wheat flavor. Not my kind of beer, but not bad overall.

May 24, 2008 12 oz bottle. Very light hazy yellowly pale. Pours with a thick big dense fluff of a head. Yeast, wheat and lots of citrus dominate the nose. The taste I must say follows right in line with the nose. Comes to end with a yeast/citrus aftertaste. Nice beer, I have to say I prefer it on tap. Nice wheat presence makes this a bit ’heavier’, but it still retains it’s nice drinkablity.
Nice afternoon hot day drinking beer.

May 21, 2008 Pours a slightly cloudy gold color, with a thick, dense head. Flavor is of malts with a big wheaty, citucy middle with some cloves in the back. A great beer, would definitely recommend.

May 20, 2008 Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a medium tight bubbly head.
Aroma is light lemon-orange, yeast and wheat.
Flavour is very clean and crisp wheat and spritzy citrus with a mild clove spice.
Not as much sediment with the yeast and banana tones as I’m used to in an unfiltered wheat. Very clean and drinkable though.

May 16, 2008 Solid Witbiew offering from New Belgium. The orange and coriander come through in the initial mouthfeel and the belgian yeast rounds out the flavor profile.
