| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jan 7, 2008 Pours a very pale yellow. Head is fizzy with several different sizes of bubbles. Moderate lacing. Spices are muted and don’t overpower the wheat taste. Aftertaste lingers. Not a bad Wit, if that’s your style. RCL (1492), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 6, 2008 Hint of acidity in the aroma, but not so much in the flavor. Very subtle orange peel and spices. Nice flavor, but could use a bit more of it. jsquire (2121), St. Marys, Ohio, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 29, 2007 This poured the palest straw color I’ve ever seen. It was almost like Crystal Light. And on it was a fizzy white head. Thin aroma of orange peel and spice, and the thin-ness carried into the flavor. Very light beer, with some spice and citrus bitterness. The finish does tend toward lime. There are a lot of better wits out there. turbo (1254), Arizona, USA

Obviously filtered, but somehow retianing the flavor. This would be my choice on a hot day outside after working in the yard. shakespeare33 (120), san diego, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 13, 2007 12oz bottle. pours a cloudy muddy citrus color and smells very citrusy.. initial hit to the palate is very hefe like with hints of citrus hops and a light malty overtone dancing throughout, a smooth subtle finish with little aftertaste this white packs more than a hefe but remains gentle.. not bad for my first belgium white.. not bad at all. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Dec 13, 2007 Are wits generally this carbonated? Wheat aromatics right off the bottle. Pour lemon-jelly-yellow, and looks filtered, which is unexpected. Appears rather like a lager rather than an ale. Wheat, straw and fresh coriander on the smell test. Coriander dominates flavor of brew. Almost like filtered coriander juice... just too much, completely hides any malt or hop flavor. Only other thing discernible is a faint lemon sour. Not terrible, but not what I was expecting. Herbs are meant as seasoning, not a main course. xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 8, 2007 Bottle. Typical cloudy orange with white head. Spicy wheat aroma with orange citus, faint, maybe not at its peak. Flavor is subtle spice and wheat, but grain and orange is strong. Medium body with nice carb. Okay.
