Hits the mouth with a thin body, lemon and a light citrus note are noticed. It just seemed very toned down to what it could be. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA

Appearance is nothing special and I just wasn’t impressed. This was not the beer to convert me to the Witbier fan club. marvinpontiac (117), Huntington Beach, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 2, 2007 Overall a nice witbier. Some standard offerings of coriander and orange peel, a cloudy yellow color, and a little sour citrus on the nose. Slightly above average. troopie (889), USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 31, 2007 I must confess I approached this one with considerable trepidation. I had always disliked most wheat beers, and avoided them. And I had never had a witbier.
Bottle. Poured pale yellow like weak lemonade. Thin white head, no lacing. Faint citrusy aroma. There is definitely orange peel. Thin sourish and citrusy body. A slight spicy note. Lite sourish finish. Feinschmecker (188), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 30, 2007 Bottle. Light hay colored and hazy beer with a light wheat and coriander scent. Flavor is light effervescent and the coriander really comes through. In addition it is very drinkable. I am a big fan of Wit beer and this beer is a great example of this style. joohefner (380), Isla Vista, California, USA
