Light and refreshing, some sweet, bready notes, fruity. Like it but not impressed; makes a great session beer in the summer. wcampbell (584), Central, South Carolina, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jul 23, 2009 Pretty good, I usually hate organic beers for some reason. A little thin, but good flavor. Could have used an extra dose of spice. Dry and wheaty flavor. Some yeast in the finish. Some acidity. Very drinkable and smooth otherwise. Faint aroma of yeast. yespr (12427), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Slight citrus in the nose. Medium body with yeast dominating. Dry and somewhat astringent finish. A different - if not exactly more exciting - take on a Belgian Wit. 060709 Cybercat (824), Georgia, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 20, 2009 Just had to have this on the 40th anniversary of the first Moon Landing! Aroma is strong, wheaty and yeasty with a hint of lemon - downright inviting. It pours a pretty slightly hazy yellow with a fairly thick if not too persistent head. Flavor is fairly typical of a witbier - strongly wheaty, a little yeasty with a lemony trace. Texture is smooth, fizzy, just a teensy watery but otherwise good. Refreshing indeed.
Happy Apollo 11 Anniversary, everybody! Heck, call it Moon Day! dalek123 (103), Houston, Texas, USA

Taste upfront is bisquit and wheat, with a faint tart citris taste in the finish. Not spectacular, but crisp, smooth, and refreshing. DWestrick (247), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA
