Commercial Description:
Mothership Wit elevates the zesty Wit or White beers of Belgium with wheat malt, coriander and orange peel spicing - all of which are organically grown. The alluring taste is the result of gravitational balance of citrus and sour flavors held in suspension by a bright burst of carbonation. "Mothership", long the nickname of New Belgium's brewing facility, has grown to encompass the brewery's sustainable approach to doing business. Appropriately, MOTHERSHIP WIT - a Wit to Make One Wonder.

Pours a slightly cloudy gold color, with a thick, dense head. Flavor is of malts with a big wheaty, citucy middle with some cloves in the back. A great beer, would definitely recommend.

Found this review I wrote on back of gas receipt from Vegas trip. Bought at Smith’s grocery. Pours hazy light yellow with a fluffy white head, decent retention, some lace. Smells of yeast with some slight citrus. Flavor of light citrus. Medium body, subdued carbonation. Enjoyable

An exceptionaly spicy wit. It has a good aroma of spice. Nothing much else to rate this one on.

Poors cloudy pale gold with a massive white head that mostly dimishes. Aroma of banana/bubblegum. Not much happening with the flavor of this beer. Very subtle muted flavor. Definitely drinkable but could use some more spice. As 19641948 states it needs a little oomph!

Looking at my glass and it has a tint of green. Don’t need green beer and hate that the word "organic" is on the label. It has the correct wit beer profile with a lasting sour aftertaste. Head dissipated much too fast but laced the glass. It seemed like a week version of the superior euro wits.

Pours a translucent pale gold with white frothy head. Smells of citrus and spices. Mild taste of citrus and spice. Not as strong as a German hefe. Quick finish; leaves you wanting more. Not too bad, but a bit "thin" for my taste
