BeerZack (116), Austin, Texas, USA Apr 5, 2008 Very light pale yellow, almost "white" with small fine head.
Very mild nose. Pick up some yeasty wheat, mild bubblegum.
Very soft and light, even for a wit, mild carbonation.
Not too much flavor either. Very mild light wheaty flavors with a decent touch of acidity. Hardly any spice detectable at all- tiny bit of allspice. Aroma and flavor follow right along the mild-mannered looks of this one.
bradlyc77 (24), Sebastopol, California, USA Oct 6, 2008 Bottle. A pretty good Belgian Wit. Nice cloudy, golden yellow color with just the right about of sourness with hints of coriander and citrus. radagast83 (1071), Springfield, Virginia, USA Oct 2, 2008 Bottle thanks to a friend bringing them back to me from Colorado. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is citrus with a slight yeast and spice note to it. Not bad at all. Indulgence (118), Ajo, Arizona, USA Sep 30, 2008 An great entry into the "real" Belgian white styles with an excellent balance of flavors... aromas, flavor and finish is lighter, but despite no bottle conditioning it does a good job of creating a creamy finish, citrus, yeast esters and spices are all there and make this a very easy to drink beer. alraicercsu (104), Ft.Collins, Colorado, USA Sep 27, 2008 On tap at brewery. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Poures a cloudy vibrant yellow with white head. Tastes of yeast, citrus and clove. withsteam (3), , Nebraska, USA does not count Sep 27, 2008 Fantastic brew. My new favorite. Growlers from the source are the best. So fresh, sweet and buttery. My new favorite.
