Pours a cloudy, pale amber with a small off-white head..no lacing. Light aroma in the Wit style. Flavor is light, again in the Wit style (coriander and citrus), but with more yeast, and less spice than normal. Almost a biscuit-like flavor comes through, making this a bit more balanced than the usual Wit. Palate is carbonated, but not as fizzy as one would be accustomed to. Overall a very drinkable Wit.

Aug 20, 2008 12 oz bottle-pours a white head and hazy/cloudy yellow/straw color. Aroma is lemon, wheat, milk/whip cream? Taste is lemon, wheat, slight spice, creamy. Light body. Mild carbonation. Easy drinking. Thanks to Russ Powell in trade jwc215 & I did.

Aug 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clouded yellow with a fairly significant head and carbonation. Nose is citus and hints of banana. Flavor is very nice and refreshing, continued with the citrus and background banana. Very clean. If they bumped up the flavors a bit this would be even better, however it’s a nice summer refresher as it is. Thanks to theisti for the bottle.

Lightly sour citric wheat flavor. Light earthy yeast and coriander.
Sublte palate is has an almost waxy texture and is damn smooth. Very carbonated, but not offensive
Underrated my friends.

Aug 5, 2008 Cloudy gold, massive puffy white head. Very aromatic peppery/lemony yeast notes; coriander also prominent. Dry, clean malts in aroma, light banana yeastiness, lightly bitter and tart finish. Nicely done; a little fruity and dry overall.

does not count  Aug 3, 2008 After spending five years in Germany, I had tried many types of beer, My favorite was Hefe Weisen. This is very close to the taste of my favorite beer. If I was a Bud fan. I probably wouldn’t like it. But I really do like this beer.
