From a bottle that had a best before date of 2 May 2008. So it was past the "best" date. Poured very cloudy gold color. Aroma and taste of ham and smoked fish. Aroma was funky as well. Will try to find a better cared for version and re-rate. This was a drain-pour for sure.

Oct 9, 2008 Aroma is lemony, wheat and yeasty. Pour is hazy yellow with minimal head. Flavor is lemons and wheat. Palate is thin and slightly tart. Decent but just ok.

Oct 6, 2008 Bottle. A pretty good Belgian Wit. Nice cloudy, golden yellow color with just the right about of sourness with hints of coriander and citrus.

Oct 2, 2008 Bottle thanks to a friend bringing them back to me from Colorado. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is citrus with a slight yeast and spice note to it. Not bad at all.

Sep 30, 2008 An great entry into the "real" Belgian white styles with an excellent balance of flavors... aromas, flavor and finish is lighter, but despite no bottle conditioning it does a good job of creating a creamy finish, citrus, yeast esters and spices are all there and make this a very easy to drink beer.
