Commercial Description:
Hop flavors are standing in the foreground of this fermented painting, yet dedicated New Belgium drinkers will certainly notice in the background our signature swirl of fruity, estery aromas generated by an authentic Belgian yeast strain.

Nice golden color with a white head. Has nice hoppy nose to it. Flavor of fruit with a very slight roast. Nose is a little miss leading, not as hoppy of flavor as expected. Nice clean mouth feel to it, with clean finish.

Soft, lumpy white head and dark golden body. Aroma of hops, caramel, and fruit. Freeze-dried hoppy flavor. Has some vague qualities, particularly on the palate, that suggest Fat Tire. Far from any Belgian Ale that I've ever had and therefore it seems off target.

Lots of clover honey, grassy/malty flavor and texture, somewhat dry. Hint of lemon. Sweet but not overly so. Name illustrates where this beer would best be served: outside on a sultry midsummer's night.

Nice flowery smell, see-through gold, some hops in the aftertaste. Interesting and good stuff.

Yelllowish-golden hue. A rich pale malt aroma. Slightly sweet taste that leads to a light to medium bodied palate. It lingers nicely for a pleasant mouthfeel. Hops are present in the aftertaste. Very nice.

(draught) Orange corn colour; slight white head. Rather fresh grassy smell - do I smell cornsyrup/cornflakes? Grass returns in the taste, but with a roasted malt aftertaste following a rather long bitterish finish. Hint of esters. Light mouthfeel, some body from the ?corn?. Not very exciting really. Not bad neither.

This reminds me of a Euro pils mixed with a Duvel. Grainy, spicy, soft, round. A little light for most on this site but it is an American Single which is rare. I found this a very nice change of pace.
