DrnkMcDermott (1597), Downers Grove, Illinois, USA Aug 28, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Light color with a slight haze, and a puffy white head. Zesty lemon smell. A light American style wheat beer taste with a bit of lemon, a bit of wit spice. Orange peel shows up in the mix a little later. Not much beyond that, but good as a brewer’s year ’round beer.
BMan1113VR (1161), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA Dec 3, 2008 Pours with a largish, white head atop a pale yellow body. Aroma of coriander, and sweet honey, a bit floral, and some diacetyl. Taste of coconut, coriander, citrus and dryness. A bit watery. FIzzy and dry mouthfeel. drfabulous (803), Columbia, Missouri, USA Nov 1, 2008 Light. Grassy. Not overly impressive but the essence of the lawnmower beer tradition. jjpm74 (3448), Connecticut, USA Nov 1, 2008 Pours gold with a white head. Smells of citrus, wheat. Tastes of sweet wheat with some tarness on the finish. stchloe (253), Portland, Oregon, USA Oct 27, 2008 Essentially a non-organic Mothership Wit. Otherwise just an American wheat, crisp but bland. ketchepillar (312), Des Moines, Iowa, USA Oct 26, 2008 Not a bad beer, kinda of watery. Some good citrus. Some good yeasty spice, a little more would be good.
