Commercial Description:
Sunshine Wheat is a great beer for trouncing thirst. Yet, it has a depth of character that inspires a quiet moment’s reflection. Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling nicely into a tranquil sea of apple and honey tones. A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine offers a crisp, refreshing alternative to heavier-bodied heffe-weizens.

12 oz. bottle. Light color with a slight haze, and a puffy white head. Zesty lemon smell. A light American style wheat beer taste with a bit of lemon, a bit of wit spice. Orange peel shows up in the mix a little later. Not much beyond that, but good as a brewer’s year ’round beer.

Pours with a largish, white head atop a pale yellow body. Aroma of coriander, and sweet honey, a bit floral, and some diacetyl. Taste of coconut, coriander, citrus and dryness. A bit watery. FIzzy and dry mouthfeel.

Light. Grassy. Not overly impressive but the essence of the lawnmower beer tradition.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells of citrus, wheat. Tastes of sweet wheat with some tarness on the finish.

Essentially a non-organic Mothership Wit. Otherwise just an American wheat, crisp but bland.

Not a bad beer, kinda of watery. Some good citrus. Some good yeasty spice, a little more would be good.
