Pour was clear golden yellow, little carbonation and tart granny smith apple aroma. Flavor was very sweet, almost like the sour apple gum you’d by at the corner store when you were a kid. Overall a decent beer, but I wouldn’t drink more than one in any given night. dpjuart (670), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA

Smells of cider and apple tart. Taste is apple up front with bready notes throughout. I don’t know now else to categorize this other than a great combination of cider and beer. tasty. changeup45 (788), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 15, 2009 Courtesy of pfoxyjohn. Pours a clear copper color with a thinish white head. Lively carbonation. Very soft on the palate with tart apples and just the right amount of sweet malt to prevent it from feeling like a cider. Very well-rounded, crisp and refreshing. A tasty fruit beer, my wife loved it too, we ended up sharing this one. Thanks pfoxyjohn!" bvc (269), Kenmore, Washington, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 14, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a nice copper color with some white head that lingers around the edge of my glass in a thin ring. Nose is pure apple juice. Taste isn’t overly deep or dense, but is pure apple with some hints of wheat. Very enjoyable, easy drinking and refreshing. dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 14, 2009 A very apple juice aroma. This is extremely heavy on the apple flavor. Almost more so than most ciders. Okay for a fruity beer, not great. Naka (525), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 13, 2009 Once again, bottle courtesy of Juart. Pours amber golden with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is a tart malty apple juice. A little sweetness in the taste, but really has a lot of apple character. Pretty dry overall. Some tartness carries from the flavor to the taste. Has a lot of tight effervescence. And excellent balance with this beer. Finishes with a decent richness. Not too fruity. Very well done. MaltDawg (778), Richmond, Virginia, USA
