Nose is sweet candied apple, honey, fresh apple cider. Flavor is a bit on the sweet side from what I would have liked, but it still tastes very natural and is not cloying at all. Wish it was a bit more carbonated and dry. Good, but not the great beer I wanted it to be. durhambeer (1205), Durham, USA

Tastes and smells pretty much just like apple juice or apple cider. Smell a bit deeper, though, and there are some slight apple pie notes... the slightly caramelized brown sugar and flaky crust... they’re subtle, but I think they’re there. Fun beer. Crisp apple with some caramel, a malt presence made more apparent since crisp apples are usually associated on my palate with ciders. Mild apple notes on the taste, slight sharpness balanced by sweetness. Pretty tame, but well done. SamGamgee (1434), Santa Cruz (La Selva), California, USA

Juicy, sweet and lightly tart apple aroma. The flavor follows with what could be non-alcoholic cider, but it perhaps just a bit less cloying. This was definitely not agreeing with me by the end. I wish it were dryer. gunhaver (1025), Tampa, Florida, USA

Aroma is pure apples, with brown sugar, red wine, some grapes. Flavor is again all apples (shockingly) with caramel, honey, brown sugar. Very nice. Smooth, medium-bodied, and incredibly drinkable. zer0crew (60), Duluth, Minnesota, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 10, 2009 Courtesy of OSLO. Clear pale golden body with a small white head. The nose is fresh pressed cider with just a touch of cotton candy and honey. Wow, that is really an incredible nose. The taste is moderately sweet and lightly tart. The flavor is a bit of a let down after the nose, with it being more like watered down cider. Medium/light body is a tad thin with a spritzy mouthfeel.
