Mar 14, 2009 Thanks to John at Boulevard for sharing this beer. Pours a muscat color. Aroma of apples, reisling and tojkai. Flavor is rich and fresh apples. Dry, smooth finish..very nice beer.

Mar 13, 2009 12oz bottle 3/13/09 (Discount Liquor)-Pours a clear copper color with a small white head that dissipates rather quickly into a small ring. Aroma of apple cider. Taste of apples and more apples. This light bodied brew is very well balanced and very tasty.

Mar 11, 2009 Pours out like a crisp apple cider color with thin bubbly head. Aroma is intense apple cider aroma with floral bouquet. Taste is like apple sauce and apple pie turned into carbonated liquid. The mouthfeel is great, it’s not to cloying or imbalanced. Good stuff. Wish I had more!

Mar 11, 2009 Bottle (thanks much noncaloric). Pours a clear lightish copper with a small white head. Aroma is, yes, you guessed it, apple. Lots and lots of apple. Some slight floral notes as well. Flavor is apple...more specifically apple cider. Sweet but with a dose of tartness. Just like a good apple should be. Quite a tasty treat. The wife REALLY liked this one, but found it hard to believe it is actually beer.

Mar 6, 2009 2008 Bottle - thanks buckybeer! - Pours a thin lt gold with a quickly dissipating white head...aroma is pure apple nectar, vanilla...flavour is similar, sweet apples with a tart, lingering finish...has a creaminess about it that I cannot explain...delicious experience...

Mar 4, 2009 bottle from thecheeseman: pours a golden apple juice colour, who would of thought, with a small white head. aroma is full of apple meat and the skins, also a great floral aroam that matches apple blossoms. the flavour is great just like fresh apple juice with a slight sweetness and just awesome apple flavour. finishes very nice with a small amount of tartness. great beer. wish i had more.

Mar 2, 2009 Clear coppery brown with a thin film of a head. To get an idea of the aroma just take a Red Delicious and take a big whiff. That’s exactly what you’re getting from this beer. Flavor of fresh cider with a bit of tartness to keep the sweetness from overwhelming the brew. Crisp, dry, sweet finish that lingers for some time. I couldn’t drink a lot of these but it’s a nice change of pace.

Mar 1, 2009 This was a very crisp beer. The apperance was a nice clear cider. The flavor was perfectly ripe apple. I really enjoyed the appely crispness of the beer. Ised it came in packs more than 4 at a time.
