Slight grainy aroma, hint of tasted malts. Sweeter overall taste, almost a chalky texture, not overly wheaty in nature, but subtle. nhorween (640), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Loads of smoked malt, liquid smoke, peat and some refined berry character in the background. Chewy and full bodied even at under 6%. Very nice brew, well crafted to style. Has a roasted wheat grain aftertaste with a mild sweetness, an intriging beer. Another great one from NG!! msante79 (844), Orland Hills, Illinois, USA

A very dark brown beer with a nice thick 2 finger head that never disappears and leaves some thick lacing. Aroma is cocoa and the flavor is as well. Light caramel and wheat notes. This is delightfully easy to drink and feels very smooth in the mouth. New Glarus does such great things with wheat. This is another example. Sparky27 (1608), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
