Commercial Description:
Hearty and satisfying, our Coffee Stout is the ultimate full-bodied brew. Wisconsin water, roasted malts, and imported hops are the natural ingredients we use to brew this bier. Then cold pressed organic coffee from Just Coffee Co-op is infused into the brew. Expect this bier to pour a deep creamy head over an ebony rich body. Notice the powerful malt bouquet balanced by a spectrum of extravagant flavor. Served at room temperature this Wisconsin Coffee Stout is guaranteed to warm even the coldest heart.

Bottle... Clear, very dark, burnt orange ale (when held up to light) with a small, fizzy, khaki head. The aroma is of chocolate, coffee grounds and vanilla. Mocha flavor, but a touch thin... lightly sweet, dark chocolate coated espresso beans. Tangy too. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Roasty, coffee finish. Thanks to ughsmash for the bottle!

Pours a very dark brown with a nice quarter inch head that quickly recedes back into the beer. Nose is coffee and all coffee. Not some pleasant smelling espresso or mocha, but pure black coffee. It smells just like a cold cup of coffee left out overnight. Taste is pretty much the same. However at this point I can tell the coffee is deeply roasted or burnt. Mouthfeel is very thin. I would not call this a stout by any means. This is at most a coffee porter. That I can live with.

pours a dark brown. smells of coffee and roasted malts. Tastes a lot like any coffee stout but it seems to be much more smooth than some of the others. Well balanced and not very strong.

12 ounce bottle. Pours brown but appears black in the glass. Lovely whitish brown foam. Not the greatest nose, but what flavor! Underlying fruits (banana, plum), along with hints of chocolate, cocoa and of course, coffee. Loads of espresso. This beer just seemed more refined and complex than the average coffee stout.

12 oz bottle. Poured a dark dark brown color with ruby highlights. Head was bubbly and off white with good retention and lacing. Smelled of coffee, dark chocolate, and brown sugar. Dry up front with some roasty bitterness at the end. Tastes of toasted bread, light coffee, subdued vegetal hops, and toffee. Interesting.

12 Oz bottle from Pantanap! Nose of coffee, and roasted malts; Brown with a medium tan head; Body medium with a tiny bit of hops in the finish; flavor shows coffee, some sweet caramel, and a little chcolate. Good sweet stout!

Dark Dark Brown Coloring with Sandy Head. Nice Cold Coffee Roast Aroma. Creamy Mouthfeel...Dark Malts...Roasted Notes. Sweet Overall..Nice Subtle Roast Aftertaste. Very Easy to Come Back to This One. This Brew is Far Superior to Many Others I’ve Had that Added Coffee to Their Beer for the Roast Flavor. Another Fine Product From a Very Solid Brewery

Dark cola pour, tan creamy head. Aroma has a nice coffeed-up sweet molassesy malt body. Nice sweet coffee flavor. Malty brown sugared body. Nice all-around balanced coffee stout. It isn’t huge, but it doesn’t need to be, and it has great flavor.
