Commercial Description:
Copper Kettle Weiss is designed in the traditional style of a dark wheat beer. Rich malt flavors are accentuated through our complicated decoction mash and finally balanced with select Hallertau hops.

Bottle. Orange body with a short off-white head. Aroma is fruity like peaches. Flavor is a bit fruity with some caramel malt and bitter. This might be some kind of complex to a certain level, but not really a great beer.

Pours a hazy shade dark orange with fluffy off white head and excellent lacing. Wonderful aroma similar to that of bananas foster. Malts, banana bread and carmel upfront with a nice toasty finish

12oz bottle. Nice nose of caramelized bananas and clove, with a strong resemblance to weizenbock, but with more of a biscuit malt presence. Phenols are quite heavy, and the banana and wheat is almost perfume-like at times. Light nuts along with wheat, then a warming of the throat as it turns to a toasted grain flavored finish. Very good stuff.

12oz bottle courtesy of Monger. Thanks James! Pours out a very nice looking caramel brown body with an immense, 3+ finger cream colored head. Fades fairly quickly but leaves a nice thick layer of soapy looking foam. Some sloppy lacing is apparent as well. Tons of carbonation bubbles running through this thing. Nose of caramel apples, sweet malts, yeast, dough, flowery hops and clove. Fore is banana, wheat, clove, white pepper, dough, caramel and some hop bitterness, but mostly in the very background and very soft. Caramel and clove dominate the back end, along with some very nice pear and banana notes. Medium astringency, high carbonation, as expected from the appearance. Almost feels like drinking a Sprite or other similar fizzy beverage. Medium bodied, slightly sticky and slick. Finish is short-medium in length, wheat, clove, banana and spice, with a backing bitterness that adds to everything. The bitterness is only apparent in the very back of your throat, welling up with each sip. Very well done, but I expect that from this brewery, one of the best on Earth.

12 oz bottle. Poured copper color with large white head. Well carbonated. Aroma of yeasty bread, and a hint of lemongrass. Flavors are bread, and earthy, but finishes sweet. Not bad.

Pours a huge white head. Very clear. Nice copper color. Nice soft banana flavor. Enough maltiness to balance well. I am not a fan of wheat beer, but this is nice. Nice clean finish. Thanks to Bockyhorsey!!

bottle from hopdog. pours a hazy copper iced tea color with a lacy off white head which takes its time getting back into the glass. aromas of bananas, melon?, caramel, bread and black pepper. flavor is cinnamon, creamy caramel malts, banana and some chocolate notes. crisp almost acidic finish. leaves behind a banana-like aftertaste. medium bodied with lively carbonation. the warmer it gets the better it gets...
