Commercial Description:
If you dream of wheat this brew will get your toes tapping. Since 1995 we have brewed Bavarian style wheat beers exclusively for the same great state that grows and malts our own Wisconsin wheat. In a world full of posers this is a true hefe-weizen naturally 100% bottle fermented and hazy.

Expect this beer to cascade effervescent into your glass. The rich spicy clove and cinnamon notes will greet your nose while sweet fruit and wheat kisses your lips.

Lick the foam from your mouth and admit sometimes you just gotta get up and dance.

12 oz bottle acquired via trade. Cloudy yellow pour with a thick white cap. Aroma of wheat, banana, clove and yeast. Flavor is a nice mix of those very same flavors, and it pretty much floats on the tongue, incredibly refreshing. Another winner from New Glarus.

Bottle thanks to thirdeye. The smell is fruits, citrus, yeast, wheat, and malts. The look is cloudy, yellowish, and a white head. The taste is yeast, wheat, malts, fruits, and citrus.

12 oz. bottle from Woodman’s Market in Madison, WI. Hazy yellowish-orange pour with a foamy off-white head. Luscious aroma of banana and bubblegum. Sweet, but light, banana flavor. No fancy citrus flavors get in the way of this one; this is a solid hefeweizen. This is probably the best hefeweizen I have ever tasted. Outstanding.

Bottle via trade with rudolf. Hazy golden with a good sized white head. Aroma and flavour are both bang on style - wheat, banana, clove, yeast, lemon - and pumped up a notch thanks to the higher alcohol. Nice mouthfeel as well. Very good!

Pours golden and slightly hazy. A lot of yeast stuck to the inside of the bottle. Aroma sweet with a hint of bananas. Well-carbonated. Tastes sweet, but not too sweet, with hints of clove. A good hefe-weizen, but not the best I’ve ever had.

Thanks to thirdeye11 for this bottle. Cloudy orangish brown pour. Aroma is citrus, wheat and some noticeable tangerine. Flavor is somewhat of a let down compared to eh delicious nose. Wheat, some citrus.

Bottle with thanks to thirdeye11. Pours golden yellow. Awful aroma like bad bananas. Flavor is alright. Citrus with some spices. Good mouth feel with a nice aftertaste. I just can’t get past the smell.
