Commercial Description:
If you dream of wheat this brew will get your toes tapping. Since 1995 we have brewed Bavarian style wheat beers exclusively for the same great state that grows and malts our own Wisconsin wheat. In a world full of posers this is a true hefe-weizen naturally 100% bottle fermented and hazy.

Expect this beer to cascade effervescent into your glass. The rich spicy clove and cinnamon notes will greet your nose while sweet fruit and wheat kisses your lips.

Lick the foam from your mouth and admit sometimes you just gotta get up and dance.

From a 12oz Bottle. Pours a cloudy, golden yellow color with a thick layer of white head. Fruity banana, creamy wheat malt, spicy clove, and vanilla creamsickle aromas create a nose thats soft, yet rich in wheat malt and weizen yeast characteristics. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel with a sudsy carbonation. A pleasant wheat malt flavor washes over the plate, along with some spicy cardamom notes. Finishes clean, with a mild wheat acidic tang and a gentle breath of herbal hops.

Courtesy of Capt. Cougar. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Spaices present in both the aroma and flavor followed with some feint lemons and a little butter. Finishes a bit dry.

Bottle shared with Axilla. Poured cloudy orangish gold in color with a small white head. Aroma was mild spices. Taste was spicy, light fruity esters and mildly creamy. The finish was slightly lemony. Overall there wasn’t much to this beer but it was pretty good.

Bonus bottle from iowaherkeye on 01/11/07. Thanks Joey! Pours with a 1finger head that rapidly diminishes to a highly carbonated medium bubble ring around the edge of the glass. Cloudy yellow amber color. Lots of clove and banana from the traditional Hefe yeast. Nice drinkable hefe aroma.

Thanks to Ughsmash for the bottle. Slightly hazy amber color with a large head. Aroma of lemon, wheat and even some orange citrus. A bit of yeasty banana and cloves. Light to medium body. A fairly good wheat.

bottle from ucusty. pours a hazy orange gold with a fluffy off white head... it smells like banana bread batter!...over ripe bananas, light metallic malt, wheat flour and yeasty spiciness (cinnamon and clove). flavor is very robustly banana with touches yeast, wheat and clove. wheaty finish with longer lingering banana aftertaste. medium bodied with a creamy palate. medium to high carbonation. kinda one dimensionally banana flavored... but, coming from a guy with a banana tattoo, that’s a good thing!
